Terms of Service - LinkedIn for Workflows
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using LinkedIn for Workflows ("the Integration"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Integration on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. LinkedIn Platform Compliance
- You must comply with all LinkedIn platform policies and guidelines
- Your use of the Integration must adhere to LinkedIn's rate limits and restrictions
- You are responsible for maintaining valid LinkedIn credentials
- The Integration requires an active LinkedIn account in good standing
3. Usage Limitations
You agree to respect the following limitations:
- Free LinkedIn accounts: Up to 80 profile views and company searches per day
- Premium accounts: Up to 150 profile views and company searches per day
- Connection requests: Maximum 80-100 per day (200 per week)
- Search results: Maximum 1,000 results per day (2,500 for Sales Navigator)
4. Account Requirements
You must:
- Maintain valid LinkedIn authentication
- Use the Integration with a single LinkedIn account
- Not share access credentials
- Keep your LinkedIn account in good standing
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Integration to:
- Scrape or mass collect LinkedIn data
- Automate actions that violate LinkedIn's terms
- Engage in spamming or harassment
- Circumvent LinkedIn's rate limits
- Create fake or duplicate accounts
6. Data Usage and Privacy
- The Integration processes data in accordance with LinkedIn's privacy policies
- You maintain responsibility for data collected through the Integration
- Personal data is processed only as necessary for the Integration's functionality
- Data retention follows LinkedIn's and your CRM's policies
7. Service Availability
- The Integration is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability
- Service may be interrupted by LinkedIn API changes or restrictions
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
- Support is provided through documented channels
8. Compliance Requirements
You must:
- Follow LinkedIn's professional community policies
- Respect connection request limitations
- Use personalized messages appropriately
- Maintain professional communication standards
9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend access to the Integration if:
- LinkedIn platform policies are violated
- Unusual or abusive activity is detected
- Account authentication becomes invalid
- Terms of Service are breached
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Integration is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee LinkedIn data accuracy or availability
- Service modifications may occur based on LinkedIn platform changes
- Performance depends on LinkedIn API availability
11. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these terms with notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- Major changes will be communicated through the CRM
12. Support and Communication
- Technical support is provided through documented channels
- Service updates will be communicated through the CRM
- Documentation is available for reference
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access if:
- LinkedIn platform policies are violated
- These terms are breached
- Abusive behavior is detected
- Account status becomes invalid
